We had to rush from the Dole Plantation to make dinner at the Polynesian Cultural Centre.
The dinner was a buffet that consisted of steamed tropical fish, lomilomi salmon, shoyu glazed chicken, taro rolls (they were purple!) and plenty of salad, rice and dessert.
While we ate dinner they had a Hawaiian show on which consisted of dancers, singers and some fire dancing.
They really know how to pack them in!
